I started working with Elliot after a trip to Costa Rica made me realize how much I had let myself go.

Mr. Baker is the best trainer I've had the opportunity to train with. I have trained with 4 trainers in my fitness career. I trained by myself for 4 years, then for a year and a half had a trainer who ranked second in Arnold’s Strongman Classic, and the others for less than a year. With Elliot it’s been 3 years strong now. There is not just one or two things he is good at, there is a whole list of benefits training with him. Example, the obvious, nutrition and training methods, but more importantly how he watches every single rep to make sure you are not doing it incorrectly. If something is off we improve on it. Another example is how he motivates you throughout the day and so on; not just for working out reasons, but also for daily accomplishments and betterment as an individual. One of the best benefits is his personality. He is a very funny dude thus working out with him is actually very entertaining and it’s makes it very easy to get through it. At the end, I would highly recommend his services.

Elliott is an amazing trainer. I recently got married and had a very specific weight (and appearance) goal. He was incredibly flexible around my busy schedule, came to my house full of energy every time, and did a 1 hour workout plan with me that I was honestly quite skeptical about in the beginning. I was expecting to be completely “destroyed” with every workout and sore beyond a functional state for my normal daily activities, but much to my surprise his workouts are so focused and personalized that he knows exactly what muscle groups to focus on, how to best work them out and for what length of time. Initially, I felt like the sessions were too light, like I needed “more pain for the gain”, but it is clear that his knowledge base is solid in how to optimize time, efforts, diet and results. Workouts were fun, he brought all equipment needed (which was minimal) and he was passionate about his work. I reached my ideal weight 1 week before the wedding and even had to have my suit adjusted a 3rd and final time 4 days before the big day cause it was once again “loose on me” according to the tailor. I couldn’t recommend Body By Baker more, absolutely solid program. Thanks Elliott for being an extraordinary personal trainer (who in the process also became a great friend) who got me looking like this.
